Adam Saunders
With over 24 years' experience in railway consultancy and leadership roles in the industry, Adam provides the necessary technical leadership for all projects, process development, technical innovation and spearheads our mentoring process within Reznet.
Adam has held key positions in the industry previously such as Engineering Director with Wabtec Corporation and co-founder of Reznet Rail.Adam is fully IRSE licensed and leads our engineering activities across the design management and CRE functions for multi-disciplinary railway signalling projects.

Kshitish Sarkar
Kshitish is a graduate engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai(Madras). He has over 33 years of qualitative experience in railway Signalling for projects across the globe including Indian Railways, Australian Railways and UK Railways. His experience ranges from rudimentary mechanical Signalling to consultancy for most advanced Signalling and Train Control Systems.
Kshitish is a chartered engineer, a member of the IET and IRSE, and has all relevant IRSE licenses. Apart form that, he has varied experience of working with Australian Signalling and has Australian competence accreditations. He is also an IRSE competence assessor.

Saurabh Gupta
Saurabh is an Electronics Engineering graduate with diverse experience in Railway industry with infrastructure owner, OEMs, consulting company, engineering service company and as a founder and entrepreneur. His previous experience includes working for Wabtec as Director – Signalling Solutions, for Thales as Project Manager for Hyderabad Metro, Head of Centre for Excellence for Signalling at Infotech, Senior Signalling Engineer at Atkins and Assistant Signalling and Telecom Engineer at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited. He started Railway career with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd and worked from concept to commissioning as for 40 kms of network as front-line manager. At Atkins, he worked for UK market and provided technical and marketing consultancy to companies entering UK and Indian market. As head of business unit for Signalling at Cyient, he was responsible for partial acquisition of a company and novation of its contracts and building team for global delivery for many customers.
Saurabh has earlier cofounded AM Rail in 2013 and was responsible for building teams in India and managing operations of the overall global business till its acquisition by Wabtec Corporation US.
Andrew Lynch
A senior professional engineer with over 21 years of experience in the design and implementation of a varied range of UK signalling projects.A highly motivated individual with the proven ability to manage and complete projects to the highest standard within a demanding time scale.Andrew is an experienced Signalling Design CRE, who has led various design teams to a number of successful projects, demonstrating excellent management and leadership skills at all times.
Andrew leads our engineering activities across the design management and CRE functions for multi-disciplinary railway signalling projects.Andrew is a member of the IRSE and is working towards his Engineering Management licence and gaining Incorporated Engineer status.
